The DFamily Trading Journal is a software tool for logging, tracking, and analyzing trades with AI-assisted insights. Available via subscription (Pro, Elite tiers).
Our tools and analytics do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. The journal is for educational and analytical purposes only. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Subscription plans (Pro, Elite) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time — your access continues through the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed through our Merchant of Record, Whop.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Your trading data (entries, strategies, notes) is stored securely and is only accessible to you. We do not sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
All software, branding, and materials are the property of Start Hub Trading Limited. You may not reproduce or resell without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Start Hub Trading Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including trading losses or data loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Macau SAR.
